Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a senior Solution Manager to define, design, and deliver end-to-end business and technology solutions.

You will bridge business and tech teams, align with stakeholders, and drive measurable value across the lifecycle. You will lead solution development from concept to implementation, manage requirements and business cases, and plan execution while balancing customer needs with technical constraints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution management, product management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and translate them into scalable solution concepts.
• Develop solution roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy and objectives.
• Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform solution design.
• Build business cases and value propositions for proposed solutions.
• Gather and document business, operational, and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define solution scope and success criteria.
• Create solution frameworks, process flows, and high-level architecture concepts.
• Ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business, product, technology, operations, and vendor teams.
• Drive consensus among cross-functional stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Communicate solution strategy, progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Partner with Product Managers, Project Managers, Engineering, and Operations teams to implement solutions.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for delivered solutions.
• Monitor performance and adoption after implementation.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver solutions that achieve business outcomes and customer value.
• Improve operational efficiency and process effectiveness.
• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and alignment.
• Meet delivery timelines and budget expectations.
• Drive measurable improvements through continuous optimization.
