Job summary

PharMerica is seeking a remote Prior Authorization Supervisor to supervise representatives and drive performance in line with departmental policy. You will provide coaching through call scoring, side-by-side sessions, and direct feedback.

Collaborate with Pharmacy, Customer Service, and Account Management to deliver quality service, coordinate schedules, monitor workloads, and ensure timely processing of prior authorizations. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. Central Time.

Qualifications

• Four plus years of experience in pharmacy or medical billing with emphasis in prior authorizations.
