Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Programs to lead pharmacy programs, supervise pharmacists and technicians, and ensure compliant, high-quality patient care. You will drive program roadmaps, manage milestones, and align cross-functional teams with external partners.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, ownership of outcomes, and developing scalable processes to improve patient experiences in a high-volume pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree; active U.S. pharmacist license.
• 4+ years of experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Multi-State Licensure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise daily execution of programs, scheduling, and defect tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on objectives.
• Provide escalation support and drive quality and patient safety.
• Develop and monitor success rubrics for program delivery.
