This fully remote role requires expertise in Medicare Part D and strong experience in compliance, data analysis, and operational management. The ideal candidate will lead regulatory audits, manage pharmacy benefits, and ensure the accuracy of pharmacy operations while collaborating with various departments. Qualifications
Five (5) years or more of Medicare Part D experience.
Three (3) years of leadership experience in a managed care setting.
Three (3) years or more of data analysis experience.
Active Pharmacy Technician License preferred.
Knowledge of CMS Part D regulations required.
Responsibilities
Lead pharmacy operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
Serve as subject matter expert for Part D Reporting requirements.
Oversee pharmacy benefit implementation and maintenance.
Conduct training for pharmacy benefit and Part D programs.
Collaborate with multiple internal departments for operational goals.
