Job summary

S27a is looking for a Manager, Pharmacy Data Entry Operations to oversee the Eagle and KRx teams. This fully remote position requires strong leadership skills to ensure service levels and build team cohesion.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in pharmacy operations and leadership, as well as a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and performance bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or three years related experience.
• At least five years in pharmacy operations.
• Experience in a regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of data entry teams.
• Champion team morale and retention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs.
• Monitor KPIs to track individual and team performance.
