SCAN Group is seeking a Manager for the Part D program in Long Beach, California, responsible for compliance and operational excellence in senior-focused Medicare Advantage plans. You will lead a team, manage a pharmacy benefit manager, and ensure an optimal member experience.

The ideal candidate will have a Pharm D, active pharmacist license, and substantial managed care pharmacy experience. The position offers a remote work option with an annual salary ranging from $147,900 to $214,030.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managed care pharmacy experience or equivalent.
• 1-2 years leadership/management experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the Part D program for compliance.
• Lead CMS audits and maintain audit readiness.
• Supervise the Pharmacy Experience & Access team.
