Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of call-center experience (onsite or remote).
• At least 6 months pharmaceutical/medical CSR experience strongly desired.
• Must be a Texas resident.
• Ability to navigate two monitors while troubleshooting.
• Excellent tone and empathy for outbound calling.

Responsibilities

• Support patients and healthcare professionals via outbound calls.
• Research customer accounts for new or refill prescriptions.
• Ensuring attention to detail while resolving customer cases.
