Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Claims Representative 2 to adjudicate and process pharmacy claims while providing customer support to CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy customers. This remote role is based in the United States with potential travel for training.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong customer service skills are essential. The position offers 40-hour weeks, with an annual pay range of $40,000–$52,300 depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Intermediate to high level of Windows-based system navigation.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound and make outbound calls related to Patient Assistant Programs, billing inquiries, and insurance verification.
• Source Patient Assistance programs and/or foundations to assist patients with Out of Pocket responsibility.
• Provide customer service (internal/external) and document case files with complete notes.
• Complete special projects with varied and complex components as needed.
