Humana Inc is seeking a Pharmacy Claims Representative 2 to adjudicate pharmacy claims, support payment decisions, and assist patients via internal and external contacts. The role supports CenterWell Pharmacy customers and may involve travel to Humana offices for training.

Work from home is possible in Arizona or Ohio with a 40-hour week. Requirements include 1+ year of customer service, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, and a Pharmacy Technician Certification is desirable.

Formación

• 1+ year of customer service experience in a professional setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Intermediate to advanced Windows navigation skills.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and adjudicate pharmacy claims and determine payment method.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls related to Patient Assistant Programs and billing.
• Document case files with complete notes and support internal teams.
• Complete special projects with varied components as needed.
