Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician for a 9–12 month remote role based in the United States. You will maintain clinical drug lists, update PA criteria, and prepare client-facing reports while collaborating with pharmacists and clinical teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and willingness to leverage technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve processes. A laptop is provided for the contract duration.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and state registration or licensure as applicable.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years in a PBM supporting clinical services (utilization management, coverage review, or PA resolution).
• Experience with formulary, drug lists, and NDC identifiers.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Maintain quantity limit (QL) rules and downstream client-specific changes.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve issues; escalate when clinical review is needed.
