Job summary

Prescryptive Health, Inc. seeks a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain drug lists, PA documents, and client materials. You’ll ensure benefit information accuracy to support pharmacists and clinical leadership in decision making.

This 9–12 month contract focuses on recurring maintenance, reporting, and collaboration with pharmacists and internal teams to meet deadlines. Remote work within the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and active CPhT certification.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years at a PBM supporting clinical services (utilization/coverage/PA).
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations and NDCs.
• Experience with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reports and presentations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in claims adjudication data.
• Clear written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
• Open to learning, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the drug list management platform.
• Update PA coverage criteria documents with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Maintain QL rules and implement downstream client changes.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration and resolve issues.
• Prepare and publish coverage policies files and printed client drug lists.
• Establish QA checkpoints for PA updates and printing with pharmacist review.
• Analyze and distribute medication lists and client-facing clinical materials.
