Prescryptive Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Clinical Services Support Technician to maintain clinical drug lists, PA documents, and client materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active CPhT certification (PTCB or ExCPT) with state licensure where required.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience.
• 2 years in PBM supporting clinical services (utilization management, coverage review, prior authorization).
• Experience with mail-order and specialty pharmacy operations, formulary, NDC identifiers.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reports/presentations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical drug lists and PA documents.
• Resolve drug list and benefit setup questions; escalate when clinical review is needed.
• Prepare and publish coverage policies files and client drug lists with QA review.
• Analyze and distribute medication lists and client-facing clinical materials for reviews.
