Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Application Development, Technical Leadership and Batch Programming.
- 5+ years leading technical teams and SDLC support in Agile/Waterfall environments.
- 5+ years of experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle; data analysis and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support batch processing apps in Linux/Unix for Medicaid operations.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and SDLC guidance across teams.
- Collaborate with analysts, QA, and infrastructure to translate requirements into solutions.
- Analyze and resolve database issues using SQL Server and/or Oracle with root-cause analysis.
- Support releases, deployments, and modernization via cloud and DevOps practices.
