Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Pharmacy Claims/Application Developer to design, develop, and support batch processing systems in Linux/Unix environments for Medicaid operations. Lead teams, mentor developers, and ensure robust SDLC adherence across Agile and Waterfall projects.

You will work on integration with SQL Server/Oracle databases, analyze issues, and contribute to modernization, automation, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Application Development, Technical Leadership, and Batch Programming using C, Unix, and Linux.
5+ years of experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and supporting all phases of the SDLC in Agile and Waterfall environments.
5+ years of experience in SQL Server and/or Oracle, including Database Querying, Data Analysis, Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, and Implementation of Corrective Actions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and support complex batch processing applications within Linux and Unix environments.
Provide technical leadership by mentoring developers, guiding solution design, conducting code reviews, and supporting all SDLC phases.
Collaborate with analysts, architects, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex database issues using SQL Server and/or Oracle.
