Job summary

United Biosource Corporation is seeking a Project Manager, Pharmacovigilance to lead PV project teams and ensure delivery of contracted milestones for multiple programs. This 6-month fixed-term contract requires strong project management skills, PV knowledge, and client-facing communication.

The role involves overseeing Start-up to Close-Out activities, managing timelines, budgets, and CAPAs, and coordinating with global and local PV teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years direct PM experience at a CRO or pharmaceutical company, and/or 4 years PV experience.
• Knowledge of global and local PV regulations pre- and post-marketing.
• Strong PM, interpersonal and client communication skills.
• Experience with PV databases and invoicing/forecasting is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead PV projects from start-up through Close-Out.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of contracted scope.
• Serve as primary client contact for PV projects.
• Prepare project timelines and management deliverables.
• Develop project plans and CAPAs as needed.
• Coordinate internal and client meetings and communications.
