Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field, nursing, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of global pharmacovigilance experience across multiple phases.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, incl. at least 2 years in people leadership.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial safety processes and regulatory reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pharmacovigilance projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage delivery against timelines, quality, and budget.
• Coach and develop team members for high performance.
• Resolve study or staff issues with sponsors and cross-functional partners.
• Maintain expertise in global safety regulations and reporting requirements.
• Support planning activities including scope, budgets, and bids.
• Organize training and contribute to recruitment and development efforts.
• Represent Pharmacovigilance during sponsor audits and initiatives.
• Provide leadership support as a backup to senior PV leadership.
