Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Manager, Patient Safety Operations to lead and mentor a Patient Safety team in a remote capacity. You will oversee day-to-day safety activities, ensure quality and compliance, and coordinate with clients across projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Science or related field.
• Experience managing Patient Safety staff and projects.
• Solid understanding of pharmacovigilance concepts and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience interfacing with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Patient Safety staff, delegate work and coordinate resources with leaders.
• Coach and train team, conduct appraisals, and address performance concerns.
• Ensure work meets SLAs and KPIs for quality, compliance, and training.
• Provide functional oversight for PV processes and respond to team queries.
• Support pharmacovigilance automation tools and digital solutions adoption.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations and Parexel SOPs; support audits and risk mitigation.
• Budget and resource forecasting; communicate with clients and senior management.
• Engage in client meetings and provide periodic project updates.
