Parexel is seeking a Manager, Patient Safety Operations to lead pharmacovigilance activities in a remote capacity. You will supervise safety staff, ensure quality and timeliness, and coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to optimize workflows.

The role emphasizes process improvement, regulatory compliance, and strategic resource management. Ideal candidates bring strong pharmacovigilance knowledge, people management experience, and proven ability to guide teams in a client-facing

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Science or related field as required.
• Experience leading pharmacovigilance teams and client-facing groups.
• Strong understanding of ICH, CIOMS, GVP and pharmacovigilance basics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Patient Safety staff, allocate budgets and hours.
• Guide day-to-day performance, coaching and training programs.
• Ensure work meets SLAs and KPIs for quality and training.
• Provide oversight for safety processes and respond to client questions.
• Support audits, inspections, risk mitigation, and process improvements.
• Manage project budgets, forecast resources, and communicate with Senior Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support automation tools adoption.
