Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician for a remote role. You will support patients' access to care by handling data entry, registration, and high-volume inquiries in a compliant, detail-oriented manner.

Responsibilities include processing registrations, resolving third-party rejects, and assisting pharmacists across locations. You must obtain/maintain an active technician license within 90 days, with strong communication and accuracy throughout.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic PC skills and online navigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Enter new patient registrations and process prescription requests.
• Handle patient inquiries via calls, chats, and emails.
• Resolve third-party rejects with insurer communications.
• Assist Pharmacists and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain active technician license within 90 days.
