Tris Pharma, Inc. is seeking Healthcare or Pharma Sales Representatives to cover Northern California and the Central Valley. This field-based role requires 100% travel and a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1–2 years’ sales experience in pharma or biotech.

You will build partnerships with HCPs, promote branded products, and meet regional sales goals while adhering to SOPs and regulatory guidelines. The position offers strong incentives, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, B2B, capital equipment, medical device or related industry (pharma sales)
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotech with proven target attainment for Healthcare Sales roles
• Proven ability to analyze complex sales and technical data and develop strategic business plans
• Excellent presentation skills and experience
• Ability to communicate scientific/medical information to external customers
• Valid US driver's license and clean driving record

Responsabilidades

• Conduct field visits to establish and develop partnerships with targeted health care providers within the territory
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to execute territory action plans and meet sales goals
• Promote company portfolio and deliver approved messaging with accuracy and compliance
• Document field activity in CRM and monitor territory metrics; participate in meetings and training sessions
