Tris Pharma, Inc. is seeking Healthcare or Pharma Sales Representatives for a field-based role covering North Carolina, with 100% travel.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, plus strong analytical, consultative selling and presentation skills. Responsibilities focus on building partnerships with health care providers, executing strategic territory plans with the Regional Sales Manager, and promoting company products while maintaining CRM

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher education and minimum 1 year sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/B2B/medical devices required.
Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology with proven success required.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex sales and technical data and develop strategic plans.
Experience conducting successful consultative, solutions-oriented sales calls.
Excellent presentation skills and experience required.
Ability to quickly learn, understand and effectively communicate scientific/medical information.
Scientific and business acumen required.
Valid US driver's license with clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

Adheres to SOPs, policies and compliance; respond to sales inquiries and report adverse events and product quality concerns.
Conducts office visits to establish and maintain partnerships with targeted HCPs in assigned territory.
Collaborates with Regional Sales Manager to execute a territory action plan and achieve sales goals.
Supports product promotion activities and delivers approved messaging; documents field activity in CRM and manages territory metrics; attends meetings and ride-alongs.
