Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare or Pharma Sales Representative to support our ADHD portfolio. This field-based role covers Montgomery, Dothan, Auburn and surrounding territory and requires 100% travel within the region.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree with 1–2 years pharmaceutical sales experience, demonstrates strong consultative selling skills and the ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly. Competitive compensation includes incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 1 year sales experience in pharma/biotech or related industry REQUIRED
• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotech with proven targets REQUIRED
• Ability to analyze complex sales data and develop strategic business plans REQUIRED
• Experience conducting consultative, solutions-oriented sales calls REQUIRED
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate scientific information REQUIRED
• Valid US driver's license and clean driving record REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales inquiries, disseminate scientific information and report adverse events and product quality complaints
• Conducts office visits to establish, develop and maintain partnerships with targeted health care providers in territory
• Collaborates with Regional Sales Manager to execute a plan to achieve sales goals and identify new prescriber opportunities
• Supports product promotion activities and delivers messaging; documents activity in CRM and tracks territory metrics
