Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc. is seeking Healthcare or Pharma Sales Representatives to support our ADHD portfolio in Central California. This is a field-based role requiring 100% travel and candidates must live within the territory.

You will visit health care providers to share approved scientific information, build partnerships, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to hit defined territory and sales goals. A Bachelor’s degree and sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years sales experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and territory growth.
• Ability to analyze complex sales/technical data and develop strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office visits to establish and develop partnerships with HCPs in assigned territory.
• Increase awareness through scientific information and educational programs to medical professionals.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to execute territory action plans and achieve sales goals.
• Document field activity in CRM and manage territory metrics.
• Attend team meetings and trainings for ongoing development.
