Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc. is seeking Healthcare or Pharma Sales Representatives for the Cincinnati area, including Dayton and nearby regions. This field-based role requires 100% travel and residence within the territory.

You will promote branded products, visit health care providers, and collaborate with regional leadership to hit sales targets while maintaining compliance. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 1–2+ years in pharma/biotech sales, strong presentation and consultative selling

Qualifications

Ability to analyze complex sales and technical data and develop strategic business plans.
Proven track record of consultative, solutions-oriented sales calls.
Excellent presentation skills and experience.
Ability to communicate scientific and medical information clearly to customers.
Scientific and business acumen required.
Valid US driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Conduct office visits to build partnerships with targeted health care providers in the territory.
Increase awareness through scientific information and educational programs.
Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to execute an integrated action plan and achieve sales goals.
Support product promotion and document field activity in CRM; participate in meetings and ride-alongs.
