Job summary

20four7VA is seeking a part-time Research VA to support pharmaceutical news monitoring, clinical-trial research, database maintenance, and AI-assisted research workflows. The contractor will review industry updates, maintain alerts, and help improve operational efficiency with quality, task-specific services.

Ideal candidates have healthcare or medical backgrounds, strong English, and the ability to work with AI tools.

Qualifications

• Research experience required
• Strong attention to detail required
• Strong written English required
• AlphaSense or GlobalData experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Monitor news alerts in pharma and life sciences
• Review articles, company updates, earnings calls, and industry developments
• Audit alert results for relevance and accuracy
• Organize and maintain research findings
• Flag meaningful developments for internal team
• Support recurring competitive intelligence research as assigned
• Search and monitor clinical-trial databases and maintain records
• Assist with AI-assisted summarization and workflow improvements
