UBC is seeking a Sr Project Coordinator to support a range of divisional projects, ensuring timely reports and adherence to scope, budget, and quality requirements. You will monitor progress and prepare deliverables with cross-functional teams under instruction from project leaders.

Responsibilities include coordinating vendor relations, attending client meetings, and communicating milestones to Senior Management. A strong team player with attention to detail is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associates Degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry (including CRO) is ideal.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Professional, organized, detail-oriented with accuracy and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage project per the Scope of Work and within the contracted budget.
• Ensure project is conducted according to SOPs.
• Serve as main contact with Sponsor and internal project team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop deliverables.
• Participate in client and internal project review meetings.
• Track delivery and invoicing to monitor revenue recognition.
