Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Account Executive in Pharmaceutical Advertising for a remote United States role. You will support client services, connect agency activities to clients, and drive project execution to promote profitability.

The position includes collaboration with internal teams and direct client interaction. Responsibilities include managing account workflows, budgeting, and ensuring timely client updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, or advertising.
• At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive within an advertising, marketing, communication, or related industry.
• Experience with direct client contact.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manages the workflow of all assigned accounts to ensure jobs are on track and completed accurately.
• Develops and maintains account status reports and collaborates with project managers on timelines.
• Maintains organized client records and assists in preparing job budgets and billing information.
• Runs status calls and client communications to keep projects moving and profitable.
