Precision Medicine Group seeks an Account Executive to support client services in pharmaceutical advertising. This remote role connects agency activities to clients, driving project implementation to promote profitability and successful deliverables.

Responsibilities include managing accounts, drafting briefs, and coordinating with internal teams to meet schedules and budgets. Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or advertising.
• At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive.
• Experience with direct client contact.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manages workflow of all assigned accounts to ensure jobs are on track and completed accurately.
• Develops and maintains account status reports and collaborates with project managers on timelines.
• Owns deck for meetings and presents materials to clients.
• Maintains accurate records of client expenditures, time utilization, and billing information.
