Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Account Executive to connect client services with our delivery teams and help manage projects, timelines, and profitability. You will communicate with clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of client deliverables.

You will contribute to budgets, track hours and expenditures, and maintain organized project files while partnering with leadership to balance client needs with agency goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or advertising.
• At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising/marketing/communications.
• Direct client contact experience and proficiency with Office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflows for assigned accounts; ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
• Lead client communications and status calls; update timelines and next steps.
• Assist in estimating fees, budgeting, and tracking hours and expenditures.
• Maintain organized project files and collaborate with managers on briefs.
