Job summary

Precision Medicine Group in the United States seeks an Assistant Account Executive to support Market Access Marketing. You will lead internal teams, manage client deliverables, and help develop payer-focused strategies that drive campaign success.

The role involves handling projects, coordinating with PM, ensuring timelines and budgets, and presenting reports to clients. A Bachelor's in marketing/advertising and experience in advertising or medical communications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or advertising.
• Relevant internship or 1 year in advertising/marketing or medical/health communications agency.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with direct client contact.

Responsibilities

• Implement projects to promote client deliverables and profitability.
• Support client services by coordinating with Project Management to develop timelines and flag risks.
• Lead daily project activities including scope changes and budgets.
• Coordinate content planning meetings with subject matter experts.
• Maintain daily client contact and report next steps.
• Facilitate medical/regulatory/legal reviews for promotional items.
• Contribute to client proposals, budgets, reconciliations and cost monitoring.
• Assist with preparing financial and forecasting reports.
