Job summary

Banner Health seeks a PFS Representative for Billing Follow-up Denials Management. This remote role supports Acute and Ambulatory teams by researching EOBs and payor denials to obtain full contract payments within state and federal guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of patient financial services or medical claims experience, understands EOBs, and can submit appeals. You will work 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday with Banner-provided equipment and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of patient financial services or insurance experience.
• Experience with EOBs and medical claims helpful.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process payments, adjustments, denials, etc., accurately and timely.
• Research payors and denials to maximize reimbursement.
• Communicate with internal/external customers to resolve issues.
• Document work and provide data for payors.
