Job summary

The Dog Gurus, a remote-first coaching team, seeks experienced pet care business owners to mentor peers in growing their businesses. You will guide owners on operations, customer service, and team management using our programs, tools, and personal experience.

This remote role emphasizes business development, networking, and sharing knowledge to empower others, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years as a current or former owner/operator of a pet care service business.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to dedicate at least 10 hours per month for onboarding and coaching duties.
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple coaches and clients via online tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs from coaching calls and input resolutions aligned with quality care and brand values.
• Help members set goals and grow their pet care businesses using program resources and training.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to improve operations, customer service, and team management via monthly Zoom.
• Facilitate mastermind calls with assigned profit network clients monthly.
• Participate in monthly Zoom coaching sessions with all coaches.
• Create educational content for group coaching sessions as needed.
• Attend and present at The Dog Gurus live events and contribute to virtual events.
• Share industry expertise and best practices to help clients overcome challenges.
• Review financial statements and assist clients with pricing and budgeting.
• Manage scheduling, email communication, and coaching documentation efficiently.
