Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, customer service, operations, dispatching, scheduling, or a similar role.
• Pet industry experience strongly preferred.
• Confident, consultative sales ability without being pushy.
• Excellent written, verbal, phone, and text communication.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management.
• Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar technology.
• Genuine love for animals and commitment to exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to leads by phone, text, email, and other channels.
• Educate prospective customers about services and recommend appropriate options.
• Convert inquiries into booked appointments and recurring relationships.
• Build efficient daily schedules and routes; minimize drive time and gaps.
• Communicate changes, delays, and updates promptly; ensure groomers have accurate information.
• Proactively identify and help resolve operational issues; track bookings and retention.
