Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking a proactive Personal Trainer Recruiting Specialist / Talent Sourcer to build a nationwide pipeline of qualified trainers across the United States.

The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and other channels, moving candidates quickly through a fast-paced process to meet client demand.

Remote 1099 contractor opportunity with stable monthly compensation and the potential to scale with Svetness' growth.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing candidates via Indeed is required.
• Experience recruiting personal trainers or fitness professionals is preferred.
• Strong phone screening and candidate communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Source personal trainer candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and other platforms.
• Review candidate profiles, certifications, experience, location, and availability.
• Conduct initial phone screens with trainer candidates.
• Confirm candidate interest, certifications, location coverage, availability, and overall fit.
• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with the onboarding team.
• Maintain accurate notes, candidate statuses, and follow-up activity in Greenhouse or the company recruiting system.
• Follow up consistently with candidates to reduce drop-off.
• Prioritize recruiting activity based on markets where Svetness has active client demand.
• Communicate daily progress, challenges, and pipeline updates to the team.
• Work quickly while maintaining candidate quality and professionalism.
