Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking a fast, organized Talent Sourcer to build a nationwide pipeline of in-home personal trainers across the United States. The role focuses on high-volume sourcing, initial phone screens, and quick scheduling for interviews with our onboarding team.

Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, and Greenhouse is preferred. You will work remotely as a 1099 contractor, supporting Svetness' rapid growth and client demand.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed or similar platforms.
• Strong phone screening and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and markets concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Source personal trainer candidates across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Review profiles, certifications, location, and availability.
• Conduct initial phone screens and confirm fit for interviews.
• Schedule qualified candidates for onboarding team interviews and maintain notes.
