United Hr Solutions is hiring a nutrition-focused client success professional to manage wellness programs remotely. You will design personalized food and wellness plans, conduct discovery calls, and guide clients toward health goals alongside senior team.

Responsibilities include ongoing client communication, timely plan delivery, CRM maintenance, renewals, and collecting testimonials to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in Nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition or related fields.
• M.Sc in Nutrition / Dietetics / Clinical Nutrition / Food Science with 2+ year experience OR
• BSc + PG Diploma in Applied Nutrition & Dietetics with 3+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients and ensure success of personalized wellness programs
• Create customized food and wellness plans in consultation with senior team
• Conduct discovery and review calls to assess health history, goals, and progress
• Coach clients on holistic health and lifestyle practices
• Maintain regular client communication via calls and chat
• Ensure timely follow-ups, food plan delivery, and query resolution
• Handle program coordination, renewals, and client support
• Maintain accurate client records, reports, and CRM updates
• Collect client feedback and testimonials

Education

M.Sc in Nutrition / Dietetics / Clinical Nutrition / Food Science with 2+ year experience
