Job summary

Elite Insurance Group is seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Representative to generate new business in personal and/or commercial lines. The role is remote with a strong emphasis on closing and building a long-term book of business.

The candidate should be a strong closer with a consultative approach and a proven ability to drive revenue, with licensing in P&C and experience in insurance sales preferred. Compensation includes base salary plus commission and licensing assistance.

Qualifications

• Licensed P&C professional (TX) or able to obtain license
• 2+ years of insurance sales experience preferred
• Independent agency experience preferred
• Proven track record of closing and hitting sales targets
• Strong communication, objection handling, and closing skills

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and SDR-generated leads into new business
• Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Quote, present, and close policies across personal and/or commercial lines
• Meet or exceed monthly premium and revenue targets
• Maintain CRM and track production metrics
