Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a highly motivated Personal Lines Sales Agent to join a fast-paced insurance team. This remote role focuses on Personal Lines Auto Insurance, with opportunities to cross-sell Home, Renters, Motorcycle, RV, and Umbrella coverage.

The ideal candidate has a strong outbound sales background, understands personal lines insurance, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. Licensing and ongoing education are required; multi-state licensing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• 3+ years of outbound sales experience, auto insurance preferred.
• Multi-state licensing is preferred.
• Experience with EZLynx, AgencyZoom, and Salesforce is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
• Sell Personal Lines Auto Insurance and cross-sell Home, Renters, Motorcycle, RV, and Umbrella.
• Meet established monthly sales and production goals.
• Manage leads, customer activity, and sales performance using EZLynx, AgencyZoom, and Salesforce.
• Provide responsive and professional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate and organized sales records.
• Stay informed about personal lines products, market trends, and carrier offerings.
• Maintain required insurance licensing and continuing education.
