Job summary

Work At Home Vintage Experts LLC is seeking an Account Manager to service Personal Lines client accounts with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include preparing applications, marketing risks, reviewing contracts, issuing COIs, and obtaining quotes.

Experience with EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or HawkSoft is highly valued. Positions are available in full- or part-time schedules, offering remote work options and eligibility for health

Qualifications

• Manage Personal Lines client accounts with the focus on building and/or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
• Prepare applications, and market new and renewal risks.
• Responsible for contract review and issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COI’s).
• Obtain and/or review quotes.
• Bind and/or check policies.
• Experience using EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft independent agency management system is Current HIGH DEMAND for EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Lines client accounts and strengthen relationships through superior service.
