Job summary

Work At Home Vintage Experts LLC seeks experienced Personal Lines Account Manager professionals who can manage client relationships and bind and issue COIs from a remote setting. The role emphasizes high-quality service and accurate market submissions for new and renewal risks.

The ideal candidate has extensive Personal Lines P&C experience and can work full- or part-time from anywhere in the U.S. while maintaining strong client partnership and insurance knowledge.

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience in insurance.
• 10 most recent years of Personal Lines Property & Casualty experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Lines client accounts with the focus on building and/or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
• Prepare applications, and market new and renewal risks.
• Responsible for contract review and issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COI’s).
• Obtain and/or review quotes.
• Bind and/or check policies.
• Request endorsements.
• Experience using EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft independent agency management systems.
