Job summary

Allegiance Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to own the day-to-day management of an assigned Personal Lines book and serve as the main contact for policyholders.

You’ll drive renewals, remarkets, and annual reviews, while identifying cross-sell opportunities to grow the book. You will work in a remote/hybrid setting with a Central Time Zone footprint, leveraging CRM/AMS tools and carrier relationships to deliver outstanding service and retention.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in good standing.
• 1–3 years of Personal Lines account management experience.
• Experience managing an existing book of business.
• Strong consultative client service and annual coverage review skills.
• Experience with multi-carrier rating, quoting, and rating tools.
• Strong written, verbal, phone, and email communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned Personal Lines book of business and own the renewal process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, providing responsive and consultative client service.
• Manage renewals and remarketing activities across multiple insurance carriers.
• Conduct annual coverage reviews to evaluate client needs and identify potential coverage gaps.
• Identify and pursue cross-selling and additional coverage opportunities.
• Maintain strong client relationships focused on retention, satisfaction, and long-term account growth.
• Utilize multi-carrier rating and quoting platforms, CRM/AMS systems, and comparative rating tools.
• Communicate effectively with clients and carrier partners by phone, email, and other appropriate channels.
• Maintain accurate account information and documentation while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
• Contribute to Allegiance's continued Personal Lines growth following recent acquisitions.
