Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of state, local, and federal court rules.
• Experience with e-filing, legal documentation, and litigation management software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time-management instincts.
• Genuine empathy for injured clients and a client-first mindset.
• Professional demeanor with the confidence to exceed expectations.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to mentor teammates.
• Willingness to travel if a case proceeds to trial.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with transition to litigation.
• Communicate with adjusters and defense attorneys involved in litigation.
• Update clients and manage case materials.
• E-file and e-serve court pleadings with the legal team.
• Maintain familiarity with jurisdictional rules.
• Draft and manage subpoenas, discovery, and correspondence.
• Prepare for trial and assist with exhibits and witness prep.
• Ensure timely case updates and adherence to calendaring protocols.
