Parnall Law Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a fully remote role. The candidate will manage high-volume personal injury cases, draft pleadings, file documents, and support attorneys through discovery and trial preparation.

Ideal applicants have 5+ years of active litigation paralegal experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills to handle tight deadlines and complex calendars.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a personal injury litigation paralegal with active docket experience.
• Strong knowledge of state, local, and federal court rules.
• Experience with e-filing, legal docs, and litigation software.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys by drafting and filing pleadings and discovery.
• Maintain case calendars and organize documents in SmartAdvocate.
• Communicate with clients and adjusters and manage case timelines.
