Job summary

Parnall Law Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a remote position available nationwide. The candidate should have 5+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience, with active litigation exposure and strong knowledge of court rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience with active litigation stage involvement.
• Strong knowledge of state, local, and federal court rules.
• Experience with e-filing, legal documentation, and litigation management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time-management abilities.
• Empathy for injured clients and a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Attend Transition to Litigation meetings with client and Case Manager.
• Communicate with adjusters and defense attorneys involved in litigation.
• Provide clients with relevant file materials and updates.
• Assist with e-filing and e-serving court pleadings with the legal team.
• Ensure familiarity with applicable jurisdictional rules.
• Post all costs and manage mediator/depositions expenses.
• Draft subpoenas, discovery requests and responses.
• Maintain a discovery index and review responses for follow-up.
• Coordinate trial prep, including exhibits and witness lists.
• Support attorneys to meet deadlines and maintain client communication.
• Contribute to overall client satisfaction and firm revenue goals.
