The role focuses on personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bites, and related matters.

Qualifications

• Indiana Bar license required.
• 3 years of litigation experience required.
• 1 year of personal injury experience required.
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent client communication and service.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through resolution.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and case analysis.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witnesses.
• Communicate regularly with clients and guide them through the process.
• Review medical records and insurance information; coordinate with experts.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to progress cases efficiently.
