Isaacs & Isaacs Law Firm in Louisville, Kentucky seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to lead motor vehicle accident cases and related injury matters. You will advocate for injured clients and contribute to a collaborative litigation team.

The role emphasizes managing a meaningful caseload and offers opportunities to handle premises liability and dog bite cases within a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky Bar license in good standing.
• 5 years of practice as an attorney and 5 years of litigation experience, including at least 2 years in personal injury litigation.
• Ability to manage a high-volume litigation caseload (50+ cases).
• Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage motor vehicle accident cases from filing through resolution.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and demand packages.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and briefs.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and assist with reports and affidavits.
• Guide clients through the litigation process and maintain strong communications.
• Collaborate with support staff and leadership to ensure timely progress.
• Participate in professional development and training programs.
