Isaacs & Isaacs PSC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice in Illinois. You will manage a high-volume caseload of motor vehicle accident claims from investigation through settlement or transfer to litigation.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of plaintiff-side pre-litigation experience, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to independently manage cases in a fast-paced environment.

• Requires at least two years of plaintiff-side personal injury pre-litigation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage a fast-paced caseload.
• Strong understanding of personal injury claims and insurance practices.
• Commitment to exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload through pre-litigation process.
• Provide responsive, compassionate client service and maintain relationships.
• Investigate liability, coverage, injuries, damages.
• Gather medical records, bills, and other evidence.
• Guide clients through each stage of claims process.
• Evaluate case value and settlement strategies.
• Prepare and submit settlement demands.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and defense.
• Coordinate with medical providers and experts.
• Identify cases needing litigation and coordinate with litigation team.
• Participate in training and professional development.
