Corvia Consulting is seeking a Demand Writer to support personal injury law firm clients by preparing clear, persuasive demand packages in a fully remote role.

This position requires excellent writing, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines while working independently.

Remote work is supported; pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour with a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Ability to review lengthy medical records and case documents.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and personal injury terminology.
• Professional judgment handling confidential client information.

Responsibilities

• Draft comprehensive and persuasive personal injury demand letters and packages.
• Review police reports, medical records, medical bills, treatment histories, photographs, and other case documentation.
• Accurately summarize accident and liability facts and applicable citations.
• Prepare chronological summaries of medical treatment, injuries, diagnoses, procedures, and ongoing complaints.
• Identify important medical information, including imaging findings, injections, and future treatment recommendations.
• Ensure dates of service, diagnoses, procedures are accurately reflected in each demand.
• Organize information from multiple sources into a clear, compelling narrative.
• Proofread demands for grammar, spelling, formatting, consistency, and factual accuracy.
• Follow established templates, procedures, and quality standards.
• Manage multiple files and deadlines with high accuracy.
• Communicate with team when records are incomplete or inconsistent.
• Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
