Responsibilities

• Case Management: Handle personal injury cases from intake to disbursement with accuracy.
• Client Interaction: Conduct client intakes, maintain communication, ensure satisfaction."
• Medical Coordination: Connect clients with medical providers, gather records and bills, manage treatment plans.
• Document Preparation: Draft Letters of Representation (LORs) and Letters of Protection (LOPs); file claims; ensure documentation in Litify.
• Negotiation: Negotiate balances with providers to reduce costs for clients.
• Case Resolution: Work with attorneys and paralegals to prepare demand letters and move cases toward settlement or disbursement.
• Reporting and Task Management: Use Litify to track tasks and deadlines; maintain reporting accuracy.
