Jobot is seeking a Remote Personal Injury Attorney specializing in pre-litigation in Arizona. The role offers a remote setup with Phoenix, AZ, as a key location and a permanent, full-time position.

Ideal for a driven attorney with PI experience and an active AZ Bar license. You will manage diverse caseloads, develop pre-litigation strategies, and guide clients through the process with strong communication and a client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and undergraduate degree.
• Active Arizona State Bar license in good standing.
• Prior experience in personal injury law.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including wrongful death and mass tort claims.
• Develop case strategies through legal research, precedent analysis, and evaluation of case facts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear communication and guidance throughout the legal process.
• Respond to client questions regarding case progress, negotiations, and legal procedures.
• Prepare, review, and interpret legal documents and related case materials.
• Oversee case progress and coordinate team efforts to achieve timely, efficient resolutions.
• Advise clients on their legal options and next steps from intake through settlement or transition to litigation.
